In the beautiful dining room you can enjoy the view of Lake Mälaren, while Skänken - the heart of the inn - invites you to lively lunches and dinners in a more relaxed atmosphere. Our bakery and pastry shop bakes fresh bread and classic pastries every day. In summer, you can enjoy our outdoor terrace overlooking Lake Mälaren and Gripsholm Castle.

Around the corner is also Callanderska Gården Schweizeri - Mariefred's coziest garden café in a green environment.

Restaurant in Gnesta

At Södertuna Slott , the food is at the center, prepared with seasonal flavors and ingredients from local producers such as Ösvreta Gård, Arkadien Trädgård and Bonden på Södertuna. Our restaurant in Gnesta offers both quality and character in a castle environment where the presence of history is felt in every room.

We serve lunch in Gnesta, afternoon tea, à la carte and a generous breakfast buffet in our beautiful dining rooms - with crystal chandeliers on the ceiling and views of the castle park. The menus are created with respect for the origin of the ingredients and consideration for sustainable choices.

At Dufweholms Herrgård's restaurant in Katrineholm, food is a natural part of the overall experience. Our chefs prepare tasteful dishes inspired by seasonal flavors and ingredients chosen with care.

Here you can enjoy a generous hotel breakfast, a well-prepared lunch in Katrineholm or an à la carte dinner in an environment where both history and good hospitality are in the walls.

During the summer months, our outdoor seating area by Lake Duveholm is a given place to relax. Sit down on the dock with a cup of coffee, a good lunch or something cool in your glass - surrounded by water, greenery and the manor's soothing atmosphere.

At Svenska Kulturpärlor we believe in the close. Both in the meeting with our guests and in the choices we make in the kitchen. That's why we work with local producers who share our views on quality, care and sustainability. Together we create dining experiences with roots in Sörmland.

Our partners include Ösvreta Gård, Arkadien Trädgård, Bonden på Södertuna, Sörbro Gård, Jordnära Mat, Gripsholms Bageri, Ekhovs Säteri and Saras Skafferi. We also work with hunters from all over Sörmland - people who, like us, are passionate about ingredients with taste, history and character.

When you sit down at our table, you don't just get a good meal. You also get a piece of Sörmland.


Wine and beverages

Good food needs good drinks. With well-stocked wine cellars and knowledgeable sommeliers, we create taste experiences to remember.

At Södertuna Slott , Scandinavia's largest collection of Greve de Montal's Armagnac is preserved in the castle's library. There is also a medieval wine cellar that offers wine and cheese tastingsin a historic setting.

Gripsholms Värdshus wine cellar invites you to wine tastings in the oldest parts of the house, where the old monastery grounds can still be seen.

Dufweholms Herrgård 'schampagne cellar stores a unique treasure: wrecked champagne from the ship Jönköping from 1916, salvaged after more than 80 years at the bottom of the sea.

We are happy to organize tastings for both small and large parties in all our wine cellars. At all Locations , the wine cellars can also be booked for dinners in closed company.

Artisan bakery

We are proud to serve bread and pastries from our own bakery at Gripsholms Värdshus in Mariefred, to guests at all our Locations. Everything from breakfast bread to sweet treats is baked here with craftsmanship and carefully selected ingredients, so that every meal has that little extra.

The pastries and bread are a natural part of the holistic approach that permeates our entire business. The raw materials are chosen with care, often from local producers, and every detail of your stay bears traces of what we cherish most: craftsmanship, proximity and care in the small things. A tasteful craftsmanship we are proud to share with our guests.

Catering in Sörmland

We offer catering for both small and large parties - for weddings, corporate parties, anniversaries or private dinners.

Our menus are created with a sense of season, ingredients and occasion. Whether it's a festive seven-course dinner, a summery buffet or flavors to pack in the picnic basket, we help you set the right tone. You can pick up the food yourself, have it delivered or add serving and crockery - we adapt to your needs.

We have had the pleasure of contributing with catering for weddings, student parties and baptisms to hunting dinners and corporate events. We deliver catering to Stockholm, Södertälje, Nyköping, Malmköping, Mariefred, Gnesta and Katrineholm.
